The Foundation has its own organization separate from the Government and is managed by an independent Board composed of highly respected individuals of St. Kitts & Nevis.
The Board manages the Foundation's affairs and regularly meets to set policies and priorities for the Foundation's activities in the Federation.
The Foundation is audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Terrence A. Crossman, BA, AA
Prior to appointment to the Board, Corporate Accounts, worked as a Sales Manager with Cable & Wireless (St. Kitts & Nevis) for three years. Previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers' Management Consulting Services CIP/FMS Practice in Atlanta, GA, USA.
Mr. Crossman brings years of diverse experience focusing on corporate restructuring, business process re-engineering and strategic planning in various commercial industries including manufacturing, transportation, financial services and Dot.Coms.
Mr. Crossman also worked as a Senior Consultant with Computron Software specializing in A/R systems implementation, billing systems, other information systems and business process re-engineering. Started Career at Royal Bank of Canada, St. Kitts where he worked for five years before going on to study.
Rosalyn E. Hazelle
Ambassador Rosalyn Hazelle is Social Scientist by training and profession.
She has more than twenty-five experiences in public sector management. She started her career in the Canadian Civil Service, which spanned 18 years covering the Ministries of Community and Social Service, Attorney General, Minister of Health, and Ministry of Housing.
In 1995 she returned to her native St. Kitts to assume the position of First Director of Women's Affairs in the Ministry of Health & Women's Affairs. In 2000 she was promoted to the position of Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Social Development, Community and Gender Affairs.
During her tenure with the Government of St.Kitts she served as Delegate and Head of Delegation to a number of United Nations, Commonwealth and Organization of American States Conferences and Special Sessions addressing the rights of women and children. She also served as an expert on the United Nations Committee for the Elimination of all forms Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) for four years. Ambassador has also held the position of Rapporteur on CEDAW for two years. She serves on a number of global and regional organizations. She currently chairs the Commonwealth Plan of Action Monitoring Group.
She has also held positions with international and regional agencies with responsibly for social development namely Associate Director for Peace Corp based in St. Kitts and Head of Social Policy Unit for the OECS based in St. Lucia.
In March of 2005 she was appointed as the first female Ambassador for the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis as Ambassador Plenipotentiary. She is housed in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, Industry and Commerce and has responsibility for Local Trade, Industry, Commerce and Consumer Affairs as well as for creation of a new Investment Promotion Agency for the country.
Ambassador Hazelle has a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Science in Sociology from York University in Toronto, Canada.
Dr. Hermia Morton Anthony
Hermia Morton Anthony B.A. (Hons), M.A., Ph.D currently serves as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Housing, Agriculture, Fisheries and Cooperatives in the Federal government of St. Kitts and Nevis. She has served as Principal and Registrar at the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant in St. Kitts. She has held positions as Chair of the St. Kitts and Nevis Accreditation Council; Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Whitegate Development Corporation and the La Vallee Greens Development Corporation; Executive Member of the Board of Governors of the Institute for Higher Education in Latin America & the Caribbean (IESALC); Executive Member, United Nations Follow-Up Committee for a Higher Education Space- Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean (EULAC) and Council Member of the University of the West Indies Campus Council, Mona and Cave Hill.
Dr. Hermia Morton Anthony obtained training as a sociologist in Education and Equity Studies at York University, Toronto, Canada and the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education, University of Toronto. She also holds certificates in Education Policy and Reform and Agricultural Policy and Rural Development.
